I have truly believed in the power of the vegetable for over 15 years now. I always thank PBS and the Food Network for taking me around the world when it comes to variety. After all these years and all the info I am floored how many people especially in the USA do not get their minimum of 5 servings. That is crazy to me! One cup of OJ and a banana then some carrots or celery and 2 servings of veggies with dinner, that is it! That would cover the minimum and most people are not even getting this in a day. So to ask people do you eat 13 servings of fruits and veggies would basically be a waste of time. With this said I would love to share a video of how a nutritionist and doctor fought cancer with fruits and vegetables.
I am not saying this will replace fruits and vegetables, I am just letting you know it will help bridge the gap and help keep you on the right track because Vitamins do not work!
